Delaying access to personal data by third parties is permitted if the necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In this case, the total time for resolving the issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.
9.4. The third party who submitted the request shall be notified of the delay in writing, with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.
9.5. Refusal to grant access to personal data is permitted in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of United Kingdom if access to such data is prohibited under the legislation of United Kingdom on the protection of personal data.
9.6. A decision to postpone or refuse access to personal data may be appealed a court.
